The Gardens

Our most prominent feature is our stunning show gardens. Acres of richly planted and stylized gardens to inspire, calm, and connect our guests with each other and nature. The gardens show what can become of the plants we carry in the nursery and give a taste of all the different directions a garden can take.

The Gardens

A peaceful haven to reconnect with nature, adventure, creativity, and self.

Our garden inspiration and vision begins with Mitch Williams who contemplated a garden and nursery concept for many years prior to the construction seen today. A "boutique retreat" bringing a unique combination of gardens, gift shop, nursery, cottages, and events into one beautiful setting.

SCJ Landscape Architects worked with our team to formulate the master site plan and provide the collaborative design structure for the gardens.

Jacqueline Fausset brought decades of design experience to the show gardens with plant selections and overall botanical design.

Together our team brought to life the vision.

Showstopping plantings are further enhanced by a number of architectural features that can’t be found anywhere else in the county.

A large glass conservatory from BC Greenhouse filled with lush semi tropical plants, large potted gardens, fountains, and an unique atmosphere for a breath of summer even in the chilly seasons.

The pond

Unique

Ponds

A series of large and unique ponds showcasing our various aquatic plants including gorgeous lilly pads, examples of plantings found in our native riparian corridor, and a beautiful Japanese maple planted on the island in the center of one of our deeper Koi ponds.

Stone Reflection Pool

A hand laid stone reflection pool made with rock from our property and crafted by mason Juan Gonzalez. The shallow pool perfectly reflects the crest of the Manastash Ridge and captures pieces of the sky line in the gardens.

The garden graces

Garden
Graces

The Graces are a pair of enchanting sculptures created by artist Austin J. Smith. The Graces embrace traditional form and sculpture. The duo is framed by our allée de jardin, a french inspired garden alley with tall columnar trees and formality in the symmetrical plantings.

Variety • Beauty • Creativity

We are so excited to offer species that do wonderful in our climate zone but are rarely found in nurseries around Central WA such as Magnolia trees, unique conifers, Hardy Hydrangea, Climbing Roses, Clematis, and so much more. These items can all be found in our show gardens so you can let your creativity flow and have a better idea of what the grown plants will look like at your own home.
